Thank you for shopping with Darcie-May Designs.  We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns

 

 

• Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. 
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• PLEASE NOTE: Custom design dresses are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5-10 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please place a new order for the correct size and return the original dress within 30 days. Once we receive it, we’ll refund your original payment. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
